Hi guys, i am Ziying and i am totally restarting this blog as the previous one is really outdated. So to start, i recently went to Bali last month for the first trip with a friend!
So we went during the start of April and it was a great day to go overseas, all sunny and bright. We arrived at Changi Airport Terminal 1 at 1.45pm, 2 hours prior to our flight departure and well well, the flight was delayed to like around 3pm (Sorry my memory is not good). Thus, we checked in early and decided to find lunch first!

| Laksa and Milk Tea |
We had such a hard time deciding what to eat and end up in this very small corner of the depature hall and had a not very nice tasting Laksa (SGD$6) includes a milk tea at Heavenly Wang. After that due to the many necessities of my dear friend, Lynette. We venture from one end to other to buy stuffs at Watson and then to Duty Free Shop. Time passed really fast doing stupid stuff so we arrived at the waiting hall, eager to get into the plane. But, while waiting, it always calls for selfies, wefies, any kind of fies you can think of.

| Duffy Bear and the care bear i got from Changi Rewards |
We took Jetstar by the way and we got a Care Bear each by signing up with Changi Rewards. Simply sign up online then go down to Changi Airport and one of their counters to get your free gift (
While stock last and it might be a different character).
We finally board the plane and waited for all the very normal instructions and off we go! We landed in Bali Ngurah Rai Airport at around 7pm in the evening. Too bad we did not take any pictures on the plane(actually on Lynette's phone) and the airport (reason below)
Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport
You might have heard of all the fuss and wonders of the airport, wondering if they are true or still like that. Yes they are all true! When we arrived at the airport, it was empty, not many people, we got through the custom first. Me especially, the custom officer only asked me 2 qns - From Singapore? Holiday? and then let me go. While Lynette suffered quite a bit, she got bombarded with qns and apparently, only i was easily let off. The person behind me who had the same officer was asked the same amt of qns Lynette got. (I'm well liked in Bali *smirks*). So we collected our luggages and proceeded outside to get a taxi. And wow, we got hoarded by those taxi people and it was quite scary but i was brave and i kept walking fast and ignored them. But in the end, due to Lynette continuously saying she is scared, we just randomly got onto a taxi and went on to our place.
We were charged 200K IDR (SGD$21), if you got your taxi within the arrival hall it would be like 150K only. So please take note when you arrive in Bali! Especially girls. Its quite scary as they only targeted us when there are so many Caucasians around. WHY US?!
And in the end we reached our place around 9plus because the driver got lost! Imagine how scary it is, 2 girls in a cab with a driver and every where is dark! They have so little lights!

They have dogs and cats staying at the villa too and also, you are allowed to smoke in the Villa (only in the garden) and they have a swimming pool. Do take note you are staying in a room and the host in another room in the same villa. But she and her husband goes to work in the morning so they will only be back in the villa in the evening.

Aren't these 2 cats so cute, if i did not remember wrongly, those were their names. They are very relax and funny.
Hence this is the end of the first day of our trip and this first day surely is hard to forget. Stay tune for
Day 2. Gonna be up in a few hours or maybe tomorrow.
