I know this is a long throwback, but a trip is a trip and never too late to talk about it. So back in 2013, my family and some close cousins went to Phuket Thailand together during December to celebrate my cousin's 21st birthday!
Day 1 - Early flight to Phuket International Airport.
We arrived in Changi Airport early morning around 4a.m, 2 hours prior to our depature. I do not remember exactly which airline we took but i think it's Jetstar. The whole family is super sleepy as we did not sleep much.

| Family Photo - We tried to look as refresh as we could |
| In departure hall, my cousin and her dad |
| In the plane (JETSTAR) - I was at my fattest during then. |
After arriving at the airport, my cousin's girlfriend came to pick us up with our driver. I don't remember what exactly happen or who sat where or where did we put our luggages but we all got into the car and went to our hotel first i think.
| In the car/van - That's me dead and collapsed there |
| Prior to checking into our hotel rooms |
We stayed in Aloha Villa and it wasn't the best hotel/villa i stayed in. But seriously, i do not seek for the best, i just want a comfortable place to sleep with clean toilets. And Aloha Villa do have them, they also provide breakfast in the morning. There is also a pool at like the top floor. There is only a few floors in this villa. The staffs are also very friendly and nice.
We went to this temple next right after we check in i think. My uncle loves to visit temples and tourist attractions. But for me and my cousins, this places are waste of time if we stayed for long. Maybe like 15 minutes to take photo and walk one round should be enough as we wanted to visit a lot of places!

| Spotted the camera, POSE! |
| After everyone posed properly, SAY CHEESE |
My big aunt and aunt husband(uncle) seems to have a sentence they say often (口头禅) when they take photo and it always feel awkward and retarded to me. Why can they never just say cheese properly. This is what they usually say: "西瓜甜不甜!" then they would want us to reply: "甜!" then take a photo. In English it means: "Is the watermelon sweet?!" and then we reply: "sweet!". Like really it feels weird as when you say "Sweet" in chinese, your mouth does not really comes up into a smile.
| Squinting my eyes and taking the photo. So nice of me to help my cousin to take her bag |
| Some famous monk wax figure in the building. |
| Cousin and cute lil sister in their sarong. |
So to enter this buildings, you have to don a sarong and take off your shoes. I did not go into any of the buildings as it is so troublesome to take of my shoes and then wear a sarong. I just stood in the hot sun to wait for them. So you can probably tell the photos are not taken by me, its all taken using my cousin's camera. Credits to Jovi!
So we stayed at this place for quite some time and proceeded on to their night market to buy stuffs! When you come to Thailand, you have to buy! But in Phuket, things are of course more expensive than Bangkok BKK.
| Cute mum and lil sis. See my grandma at the side. So chubby |
| Say cheese, you are being captured buying stuffs. |
| Asking my mum for money to buy food on sticks |
This marks the end of Day 1 in Phuket, the tragedy has not started after consuming food on the 1st night. Stay tune for a major disaster in upcoming episodes in Day 2.
